Balkan Energy Company signed a 20-year contract power purchase contract with the Ghana goverment. Under the Agreement, Balkan Energy will equip, repair and commission the Osagyefo barge-mounted power station. Once operational it will be connected to Ghana's national power grid, install fuel storage tanks and build housing, roads and other infrastructure needed to operate the barge.

(www.proenergyservices.com) has been selected by Balkan Energy to be the prime contractor for the start-up and commissioning of the "Osagyefo" power generation barge in Effasu, Ghana.
